Charlie has lived in West Bloomfield all his life and is a graduate of Bloomfield Central. He is the father of two sons and one daughter and is the owner/operator of Barnes Express Trucking.Charlie is a member of the West Bloomfield Congregational Church and the West Bloomfield Business Association. He served as a Town Councilman for four years before being elected as Supervisor, two years ago.Being extremely popular among the community he serves, Charlie has been very instrumental in moving West Bloomfield forward into the 21^st century.
