Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of West Bloomfield, Ontario County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 9053 Routes 5 & 20, West Bloomfield, NY to consider changes to the Personal Wireless Telecommunications Facilities, Section 140-83 of the Code of the Town of West Bloomfield. Copies of the proposed Section 140-83 are on file in the Town Clerk's Office and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Hearing, scheduled for April 13, 2005 at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 9053 Routes 5 & 20, West Bloomfield, NY to consider the request of Harter Secrest for a hardship exemption to the Moratorium on Construction or Erection of Telecommunications Towers or Relay Stations, and waiver of fees for said exemption, has been rescheduled for May 11, 2005 at 7:00 pm.

FURTHER notice is given that on April 13, 2005, the Town Board of West Bloomfield will hold a Public Hearing on amendment to Chapter 102 of the Code of the Town of West Bloomfield, entitled “Parks”, which will prohibit the use of alcohol in Town Parks. FURTHER notice is given that the Town Board of the Town of West Bloomfield will hold a Public Hearing on Local Law #2-2005, Extension of the Moratorium on Construction or Erection of Telecommunications Towers and Relay Stations.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LOCAL LAW PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Town Board of West Bloomfield, Ontario County, New York, on January 12, 2005 Local Law No. 1 of 2005 entitled “A Local Law to Amend and Restate the Code of the Town of West Bloomfield and to Amend the Official Zoning Map”. Said local law amends in part and restates in part the Code of the Town of West Bloomfield and amends the official zoning map. THEREFORE, the Town Board of the Town of West Bloomfield will hold a Public Hearing on the Local Law at the Town Hall, 9053 Routes 5 & 20, West Bloomfield on February 9, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. to consider Local Law No. 1 of 2005 and to determine its environmental significance at which time all persons interested will be heard.
